Promoting solidarity and creativity, Bai Chay Hospital Trade Union enters new term
Quang Ninh - Bai Chay Hospital has just held the 16th Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The congress was attended by Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Phan - Vice President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; People's Physician, Doctor Le Ngoc Dung - Party Secretary, Director of the Hospital; and 140 delegates representing 1,087 union members.
The Bai Chay Hospital Trade Union currently has 27 affiliated trade union groups with more than 1,000 union members.
Over the past term, the Hospital Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; closely coordinated with the professional team to care for the lives and improve the working environment for workers.
The union regularly visits and supports union members in difficult circumstances; ensuring full benefits for workers. Emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Innovation in service style", "Light - green - clean - beautiful medical facilities" are widely deployed, associated with digital transformation and improving the quality of patient care.
During his term, the hospital had 200 topics and initiatives that were effectively applied, many solutions were honored at the industry and provincial levels.
Propaganda and political and ideological education work was focused on, 58 outstanding union members were introduced to join the Party.
With the achieved results, the Bai Chay Hospital Trade Union received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Phan acknowledged the efforts of the Hospital Trade Union in the past term; The new term continues to innovate the methods of operation, improve the effectiveness of representing and protecting workers; promote emulation movements; apply digital transformation; develop high technology; build a civilized working environment and a modern and smart hospital.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Hospital Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades.
