Launching the peak emulation period to welcome the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress

At the Conference on Propaganda - Women's Union work held on the afternoon of November 14, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation launched a peak emulation period to celebrate the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the emulation period is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 from now until November 30, 2025, with the theme "Union Congress, an important political event of the working class and laborers", competes to achieve achievements to celebrate congresses and trade union conferences at all levels among union members and laborers in the city.

Phase 2, from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with the theme "HCMC Trade Union - Workers' Confidence", launched the peak emulation campaigns of the emulation movement for good and creative workers with the goal of productivity, quality, efficiency, many new projects and products registered with construction signs to celebrate the I Congress of the HCMC Trade Union, striving to complete the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the unit and locality.

Phase 3, from January 1, 2026 to January 30, 2026, with the theme " Glory of Vietnam Trade Union", launched emulation movements determined to implement the targets of the Resolution of the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress among union members and workers towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.

At the conference, delegates were also trained on Guidelines for using Professional Handbooks and virtual Assistants (AI) to support answering questions about trade unions and labor laws; trained in photography skills, image processing and instructions on news and articles writing.
