Mr. Tran Le Duy becomes Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation for the 2025-2030 term

On December 24, the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030, entered the 2nd working day with the contents according to the program approved by the congress.

The Congress was attended by Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tay Ninh province, along with representatives of leaders of departments of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, local departments, branches and 400 delegates, representing more than 500,000 workers, civil servants and laborers working in the province.

On the second working day, the Congress listened to a report synthesizing comments on draft documents; reports explaining and accepting opinions from delegates; listened to instructions from the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities of the province in recent times; at the same time, emphasized the need for the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union organization in the new term to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focus on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work; promote the role of grassroots trade unions; actively participate in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The Congress also announced the decisions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairmen and Inspection Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation for the 2025-2030 term; appointed the Delegation to attend the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Congress.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Le Duy will continue to be appointed as Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation for the 2025-2030 term.

At the end of the second working day, the Congress voted to approve the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
