Announcing the Decision to establish the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Tran Le Duy as Chairman
Tay Ninh - The Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor has 28 members, the Standing Committee consists of 8 members, chaired by Mr. Tran Le Duy.
On the morning of July 3, at the General Confederation of Labor Guest House, Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province (formerly Ward 3, Tan An City), a Conference was held to announce the Decision to establish the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor.
The conference announced Decision No. 3695/QD-TLD dated June 26, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the establishment of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor on the basis of merging the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor. The Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor has legal status, its own seal and account, and operates according to the provisions of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the regulations of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and competent local Party committees.
The conference also announced Decision No. 3761/QD-TLD dated June 28, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023 - 2028 term.
The Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023 - 2028 term has 28 members; the Standing Committee consists of 8 members, chaired by Mr. Tran Le Duy (former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Tan Bien District Party Committee, Tay Ninh Province); 3 Vice Chairmen include: Ms. Pham Thi Quyen (former Permanent Vice President of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor), Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh (former Vice President of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor) and Mr. Duong Dai Loc (former Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor).
The Inspection Committee consists of 13 people, headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan (former member of the Standing Committee, Chief of Office of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor) and Mr. Luong Hai Vuong (former member of the Organizing - Inspection Committee, Long An Provincial Federation of Labor) as Deputy Head.
