Right Rich International Company Limited specializing in exported shoe production currently has more than 3,500 employees, mostly rural workers from mountainous communes. When it was first established, the grassroots trade union encountered many difficulties due to low-skills workers and limited awareness of labor law. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union organizes many practical activities such as giving Tet gifts, giving gifts to children of union members on the occasion of holidays, Tet and Workers' Month; organizing tours and tours for outstanding workers. Every month, the union maintains union member birthdays, "Union Meals" and rewards good workers.

The grassroots trade union also advises enterprises to organize periodic health check-ups for workers, conduct annual labor environment assessments to ensure safe working conditions. The benefits of bonuses, allowances, seniority, leave, etc. are all stipulated in the collective labor agreement signed between the union and the board of directors, ensuring benefits higher than the law.

At the workshops, the trade union maintains many feedback channels for workers to give comments such as meeting union officials directly, contacting the public phone number of the responsible staff, or sending comments via comments boxes that are checked weekly.
