Workers start the new year with activities linked with businesses
Thanh Hoa - Business leaders and union members and workers of the 3 Alena - Alivia - Hong My 1.2 Shoe factories participated in the year-end running activities.
On January 8, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that at the beginning of the new year 2026, the leaders of the 3 factories and the team of cadres, union members, and workers of Alena Vietnam Shoes Company Limited - Alivia - Hong My 1.2 participated in the year-end running activity, creating a gentle and close start-up atmosphere, promoting the spirit of solidarity and cohesion among the workforce.
On the morning run, union members, cadres and business leaders all participated as a unified group, without separation or gap. Each person moves at their own pace, but still maintains natural cohesion, creating a friendly and open atmosphere.
The activity was organized in a simple spirit, not focusing on achievements, not formal, aiming to create opportunities for leaders and workers to share experiences and listen to each other more.
Ms. Trinh Thi Nguyet - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. shared: "The most meaningful thing is not how many kilometers to run, but the leadership accompanying workers from start to finish. Everyone clearly feels the spirit of solidarity and the common khoigle for a new year of work".
The gathering of core cadres and union members of the three units has helped increase exchanges, sharing and mutual understanding. Discussions about work take place naturally during the mobilization process, instead of within the framework of administrative meetings.
The activities at the beginning of the year not only contribute to physical training but also help union members and workers enter the new year with a more positive, proactive and cohesive mindset, thereby building a harmonious and stable working environment.
The grassroots union said that this is a meaningful activity to kick off the spirit of collective work of the entire system, contributing to strengthening the trust and companionship between businesses and workers from the first days of the year.
