Oil and Gas Workers Support People to Overcome the consequences of storms
Hanoi According to information from Petrovietnam Trade Union, PVEP Trade Union has presented support to people to overcome the consequences of storms in Trung Gia commune, Hanoi.
Accordingly, the Trade Union of the Petroleum Exploitation and Production Corporation (PVEP) has donated 150 million VND to help people in Trung Gia commune overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
This amount was taken from the voluntary contributions of employees of Hoang Long - Hoan Vu operational Joint Venture Company and PVEP - Cuu Long Branch with the contribution of PVEP Trade Union. This activity demonstrates the spirit of "Solidarity - Sharing - Responsibility" of PVEP's employees towards people in disaster areas.
The PVEP Trade Union also surveyed the reality of residential areas covered with mud after flooding, and visited local people heavily affected by floods.
After the award ceremony, the PVEP Trade Union delegation visited and presented support to the families of PVEP officers and employees directly affected by prolonged flooding.
