Nghe An Labor Federation announces the "Nghe An Digital Trade Union" application
Nghe An On the afternoon of November 21, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a ceremony to announce the Nghe An Digital Trade Union application and a workshop to give comments on the draft political report of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The program was attended by Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization and Propaganda Department; Mr. Vo Trong Phu - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, along with representatives of departments, branches, sectors and grassroots unions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation assessed that the launch of the "Nghe An Digital Trade Union" application is an important milestone in the digital transformation process of the trade union organization, aiming to modernize activities and strengthen connections with union members.
According to Mr. Tam, the application helps comprehensively digitize union member information, provide union services in the digital environment and create a two-way interaction channel, helping workers receive support faster and more effectively.
The Provincial Federation of Labor identifies "Nghe An Digital Trade Union" as a foundation towards a smart, flexible trade union model, with workers as the center. The application contributes to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting rights, while helping union members access information and reflect recommendations anytime, anywhere.
At the program, delegates also attended the Workshop to give comments on the Draft Political Report of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026 - 2031.
Many opinions focus on the goal of building a strong and modern trade union organization; improving staff capacity; increasing representation efficiency, caring for union members in the context of digital transformation and integration.
Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed that announcing the application and organizing a workshop on giving comments is a practical activity to welcome the 20th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, creating new momentum for the trade union system in the next development stage.
