Nghe An Labor Federation cooperates with Vietcombank Vinh to increase welfare for union members

On the morning of November 1, information from Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit had just held a signing ceremony for a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) Vinh Branch, to enhance welfare care and bring many practical benefits to union members.

The signing ceremony was held with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Le Hong Quang - Director of Vietcombank Vinh Branch and representatives of the leaders of the professional departments of the two units.

According to the agreement, the two sides will coordinate in collecting and transferring union funds according to the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; deploy Vietcombank's banking services to union members at all levels; and at the same time provide financial resources to support the Provincial Federation of Labor in implementing investment projects to build Trade Union Institutions in industrial parks and export processing zones.

Vietcombank Vinh is also committed to providing preferential financial products and services exclusively for union members, coordinating the organization of social security activities, collective welfare, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of workers.

Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Chi Cong affirmed: "This cooperation agreement not only brings practical benefits to union members, but also opens up a new direction in connecting trade unions and economic units, accompanying workers".
