Vinh Long Labor Federation deploys 7 important tasks

The Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) said that during the working week from September 29 to October 3, the unit will deploy 7 important tasks.

The focus is on coordinating with the Trade Union Project Management Board (Vietnam General Confederation of Labor) to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Trade Union Social Housing Project in Giao Long Commune, as well as completing the procedures to submit to the President for consideration of awarding the Dedication Medal to 3 comrades who were former leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to prepare for the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. This is an important activity to improve the effectiveness of the organization and orientation of the new term.

Many guiding documents and professional plans will also be issued, including: the plan to evaluate and classify the quality of grassroots trade union activities in 2025; the decision to establish an assessment team to evaluate and classify collective bargaining and collective labor agreements; the dossier to establish the Vinh Long Trade Union Charity Fund.

Propaganda work is focused on with the plan to organize and propagate Trade Union Congresses at all levels; instructions on the development of Political Reports; Official Dispatches to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the First General Election and the election of the 16th National Assembly, People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor will appraise the project to establish commune and ward trade unions; monitor the payment and allocation of trade union funds; review the personnel of the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee to complete according to regulations. This is an important basis to ensure progress and quality of activities in the coming time.
