Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor solicits opinions for the Draft Political Report of the 14th Trade Union Congress
Nghe An - Seeking comments on the Draft Political Report of the 14th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, many proposals on innovation of activities and protection of workers' rights.
On November 22, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that it had just organized a Workshop to contribute ideas to the Draft Political Report to the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.
The workshop was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Chi Cong, with the participation of representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee, leaders of professional departments, trade unions at the grassroots level and affiliated grassroots trade unions.
At the workshop, delegates contributed many enthusiastic opinions, focusing on major groups of contents such as innovating trade union methods of operation; improving the effectiveness of representation, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers; promoting digital transformation; strengthening grassroots trade unions; building a team of trade union officials to meet the requirements of the new period.
Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that it will fully synthesize reasonable opinions to report to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, contributing to the completion of the Draft Political Report to the 14th Congress, aiming to build an increasingly strong Vietnam Trade Union organization.
