Lao Cai Labor Federation signs coordination regulations with agencies, units and localities

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor said: In recent years, the Provincial Federation of Labor has proactively signed programs and regulations on coordination with many agencies, units and localities.

Up to now, 44 units have signed and implemented regular coordination and achieved many practical results.

From July 1, after the merger, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor directly manages 587 grassroots unions with more than 40,000 union members. This is both an opportunity and a big challenge for trade union activities.

At the conference, delegates together evaluated the results of implementing the program and coordination regulations between the Provincial Federation of Labor and agencies, units and localities in the past time.

Discuss, agree on the content, sign coordination programs and regulations for the 2025-2030 period. Create a legal and political basis, as a premise for the parties to implement more effectively in the coming time.

Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat affirmed that the close coordination between Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor and agencies, units and localities will help bring the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws into life through the widespread grassroots trade union system.

This helps agencies, units and enterprises promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, resolve arising problems, limit disputes and collective work stoppages.

Create a synchronous and unified mechanism in leadership, direction, and implementation of political tasks, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, maintaining political security, social order and safety.

At the same time, it creates conditions for trade unions to mobilize more resources, improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting union members' rights, organize many practical and effective patriotic emulation movements, and spread widely.

At the conference, agencies, units and localities signed a commitment to the program and coordination regulations for the 2025-2030 period with the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor.
