Starting construction of a Trade Union Shelter for disadvantaged workers in Thai Nguyen

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor has just started construction of the "Union Shelter" and presented support gifts to people in Cho Don commune. The house for union member Hoang Van Nam - a worker of the Trade Union of Cho Don Exploitation Enterprise, Bac Kan Mineral Joint Stock Company.
Union member Hoang Van Nam is in a particularly difficult situation. The old house has seriously degraded, he is a low-income worker, his wife has no stable job, his two children are still young, and his family life is in many shortages.
The house was started with the support of 60 million VND from the Social Fund of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with the help and contributions of colleagues, local authorities and people.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Do Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the union members on their support. At the same time, he affirmed that the "Union Shelter" program is a practical activity with profound humanitarian significance.
On this occasion, the working delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 300 kg of rice and 30 gifts to the people of Cho Don commune affected by floods caused by storm No. 11.
