Khanh Hoa completes 14 ward union organizations
Khanh Hoa - The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation has just announced the plan to organize a conference to announce the Decision to establish a affiliated ward Trade Union.
On September 20, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had agreed on the policy of appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
This content also includes the work of union officials at commune and ward unions. On that basis, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued a plan to organize a conference to announce the Decision to establish a ward trade union under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor.
According to the plan, on September 25 and 26, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor will hand over the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of wards in the Northern and Southern Khanh Hoa regions; and at the same time, deploy trade union activities in the fourth quarter of 2025.
On this occasion, 14 ward trade unions will officially launch. Of which, 9 Ward Trade Unions organized in Nha Trang include: Tay Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Nha Trang, Dong Ninh Hoa, Ninh Hoa, Cam Ranh, Cam Linh, Bac Cam Ranh.
5 Trade Unions of Nam Khanh Hoa Ward will organize the announcement in Phan Rang including: Do Vinh, Dong Hai, Ninh Chu, Bao An, Phan Rang.
Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that the announcement of the decision to establish the Ward Trade Union and the launch of the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee officially coming into operation is of great significance, demonstrating the streamlining of the organization and transformation according to the new operating model.
Thereby, the trade union organization will continue to promote its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in terms of wages, bonuses, working conditions, labor safety... at the grassroots level.
The trade union organization also builds harmonious and stable labor relations, becoming a bridge between workers and the government and enterprises, contributing to reducing labor disputes and creating a positive working environment.
