Instructions for organizing union meals in 2025 in Thai Nguyen
The Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor (TPL) has just issued Instruction No. 01 on organizing " Meals" in 2025.
The purpose of the program is an opportunity for employees and leaders of units and enterprises to meet, share, and listen to their thoughts and aspirations. Thereby, strengthening the attachment between employees and the Trade Union organization and the employer.
This is also a meaningful communication activity, contributing to taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The implementation target is the grassroots trade union under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor. The implementation period is from July 20 to September 2, 2025, focusing on the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and National Day September 2.
The value of the meals includes daily meals plus additional support from union finances (maximum 50,000 VND/meal) and socialized sources (if any).
At meals, grassroots unions need to hang banners and propaganda slogans. Organized a welcoming speech, broadcast a propaganda video, and invited leaders of the unit and higher-level trade unions to attend. It is possible to integrate activities such as: admitting union members, giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, wishing union members a happy birthday in July...
This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, clearly demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
