More than 500 union members and workers travel and participate in team building in Phan Thiet
HCMC - The tourism program combined with team building organized by the Sonion II Trade Union has contributed to connecting more than 500 union members and workers in the enterprise.
On September 22, the Trade Union of Sonion Vietnam II Company Limited (Sonion II Trade Union - Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that it had coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize tourism and team building activities for union members and workers in 2025.
Thereby, more than 500 union members and workers had the opportunity to relax at a 4-star resort in Phan Thiet for 2 days; together participating in fun team building activities, vibrant gala Dinner... with the theme "One Heart Beat", receiving attractive rewards after completing the challenges.
According to the Sonion II Trade Union, the activity was organized to bring moments of relaxation, but join the heartbeat between all union members and workers in the enterprise, together coming together, creating beautiful moments and memorable memories. As well as increasing cohesion, sharing, and harmony between the company's leaders and the collective of employees, to develop together in the coming time.
After participating, most union members and workers have had good feedback about the program and the venue. Many opinions of union members in response highly appreciated the program, bringing emotions, joy, beautiful memories; the feeling of team spirit, support and sharing of intimacy from colleagues around.
