Enterprises spend nearly 2 billion VND to travel for workers
On September 15, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Nissei Electric Vietnam Company - said that the tour program from September 12 to 15 organized by the trade union in coordination with the company for 700 tourism workers in Phu Quoc has ended.
The cost of each trip is 3.42 million VND, of which workers contribute 1 million VND, the union supports 220,000 VND/ trip, the rest the company spends 2.2 million VND/ trip.
In addition to group activities, visiting historical sites, and having fun, the company's employees were also lucky to win prizes with many prizes including refrigerators, tablets, speakers, nut milk machines, etc.
In particular, the company also has 5 awards (1 gold ring/tournament) on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the company's establishment. The total amount of money the company spent on this trip was nearly 2 billion VND.
The program helps workers have entertainment opportunities after work and become more connected with businesses, said Ms. Van.
