More than 2,000 workers in Sa Dec Industrial Park attend the Union Meal
Dong Thap - The Trade Union Organization coordinated with the leaders of 4 enterprises to organize a Trade Union Meal for more than 2,000 workers in Sa Dec Industrial Park.
On August 26, at Sa Dec Industrial Park (Sa Dec Ward, Dong Thap Province), the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) coordinated with the Board of Directors of 4 enterprises, including: QVD Dong Thap Food Joint Stock Company, Cuu Long Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, International Seafood Company Limited and My Sa Seafood Company Limited to organize the 2025 Trade Union Meal for over 2,000 employees attending.
At International Seafood Company Limited, the Union Meal is worth 45,000 VND, of which the Trade Union supports 22,500 VND/meal.
In addition to adding more food than usual, such as duck meat, fried fish, vegetables and dessert fruits, the Union Meal was also decided by the business leaders to increase by 10 minutes so that workers have more time to enjoy the dishes.
At QVD Dong Thap Food Joint Stock Company, Cuu Long Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company and My Sa Seafood Company Limited, the Trade Union coordinated with the business leaders to organize a Union Meal worth VND40,000/meal. The meals ensure richness in dishes, nutrition and food safety and hygiene.
To have meals like this, the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, which is directly the Department of Industrial Parks Trade Union, has instructed the Trade Unions in the Industrial Parks to continue implementing the 2025 Trade Union Meal from July 20 to September 2.
The program demonstrates the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers. Thereby creating an atmosphere of solidarity, understanding, fostering trust and attachment of union members and workers to the Trade Union organization and enterprises.
