Organizing a Union Meal for more than 6,300 union members and workers in Ca Mau

During the 2 days of August 26 - 27, the Trade Union of Minh Phu Seafood Group Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a Trade Union Meal for 6,344 union members and employees.

Each meal is worth 70,000 VND, of which the value is increased by 50,000 VND/meal compared to the daily shift meal. Meal portions are supplemented with many dishes such as: Meat, fish, vegetables, tubers, fruits and drinks, dessert fruits... carefully prepared, ensuring nutrition, food hygiene and safety, helping union members and workers have delicious, nutritious meals.

Also attending the Union Meal with union members and workers were representatives of the leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor, representatives of the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of Minh Phu Seafood Group Joint Stock Company.

A large number of workers expressed their joy and excitement when having lunch with more rich and nutritious meals as well as receiving encouragement and attention from trade unions at all levels.

Organizing a "Union Meal" for union members and workers is one of the practical and meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; this is also an opportunity for union members, workers, trade union organizations and company leaders to share and confide in creating an atmosphere of solidarity and understanding, thereby building trust and attachment of union members and workers to the trade union organization and the company.

Thereby, it affirmed the role and responsibility of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of union members and workers, and at the same time called on units, businesses, and employers to raise awareness, continue to pay attention to caring for, improve shift meal nutrition, and contribute to restoring labor for union members and workers.
