At the Conference, the Organizing Committee announced the draft Decision to establish a Steering Committee and a Training Advisory Committee; deploy Plan No. 39/KH-UBND and Plan No. 107/KH-CATP-PC07 on coordination of the plan; at the same time, introduce the draft scenario for the drill, collect comments from participating units to complete.
