Hai Phong Trade Union team departs for the Vietnam Civil Servants Football Tournament

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The tournament was initiated in 2023, becoming a football playground for workers and civil servants nationwide. The tournament has the participation of 40 teams, of which 16 are from the North. After the qualifying round, the 16 best teams qualified for the national finals, taking place in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the launching ceremony, the delegation of the City Labor Federation and the football team offered incense at the Nguyen Duc Canh Memorial House (An Hai Ward).

Mr. Nguyen Van Phiet - Vice President of the City Labor Federation - hopes that the whole team will promote the spirit of solidarity, contribute beautiful plays with beautiful playing style, and be determined to achieve high results in the qualifying round to reach the final round. The Trade Union Working Committee takes good care of the team, ensuring that the players and athletes are healthy, fit, and mentally fit, ready for the matches taking place in the coming days.

After the departure ceremony, on October 2, the entire team will go to practice and compete in the qualifying round in Hanoi from October 3 to 5.
