Enterprises organize camping and Mid-Autumn Festival feast for thousands of children of workers

The Mid-Autumn Festival has long become a unique cultural feature, associated with childhood memories and the joy of family reunion of Vietnamese people. Every full moon of August, children eagerly carry lanterns, waiting for a feast, adults gather around the feast with banh chung, sticky rice cakes, grapefruits, roses... to enjoy the moment of reunion, wrapping up family love.

For businesses, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also an occasion to express affection and care to the families of employees, thanking employees for trusting and accompanying businesses.

Sharing with PV, Ms. Pham Thi Lan Anh - a worker at Tan De Company (Hung Yen) - expressed her excitement at being able to bring her child to the company to attend the Mid-Autumn Festival. According to Ms. Lan Anh, this year after the merger of communes, the place where she lives will not organize camping like every year. Therefore, the company's organization of camping for employees' children makes her and her family very excited.

"Right now, I have seen the factory prepare to decorate the Mid-Autumn Festival camp to welcome the children to visit. My children keep asking when they can go to the company to see lantern rides, watch lion dances and receive gifts. The children are eagerly waiting," Ms. Lan Anh shared.

Mr. Trinh Thanh Dinh - Chairman of the Tan De Company Trade Union - said that the unit is busy preparing to welcome thousands of children of workers to play. Accordingly, on October 4 (ie August 14 of the lunar calendar), all factories will simultaneously organize the Mid-Autumn Festival program of the Lunar New Year, with a space filled with folk colors, along with fun games, creative check-in points and above all, the radiant smiles of children - the pride of each worker family.

"In our company, preserving the traditional identity and beauty of the Vietnamese people is an act of building a corporate culture. We hope that the company will not only be a workplace, but also a place to gather and share humanistic values.

On this occasion, the company's leaders have set a special moon cake to send to employees, members can offer it to the ancestral altar to show their respect, send gifts to relatives as wishes to union members, or gather with the family to enjoy it under the full moon, fully packed with the flavor of a reunion", Mr. Trinh Thanh Dinh shared.

At each enterprise, when workers receive spiritual values, share with their families right in the working environment, they will be more attached, more confident and proud of where they are contributing. That concern not only brings joy to the moment of the Reunion Festival, but also becomes a motivation for each individual to make more efforts, together building an increasingly strong collective.
