Union members and workers give comments on human resources and the role of trade unions in FDI enterprises
Can Tho - Union members and workers contributed enthusiastic opinions to the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
On November 7, the Can Tho City Labor Federation held a conference to collect comments (3rd time) on the draft document submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party in An Ninh commune.
At the conference, more than 40 delegates who are union officials, union members and workers in An Ninh commune expressed their agreement with the draft document.
The comments focused on the following contents: sustainable development, climate change response; training and improving the quality of the workforce; at the same time, promoting democracy at the grassroots level and the role of trade unions in FDI enterprises...
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Tu Nhien - Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the profound, enthusiastic, responsible and practical contributions of the delegates. The opinions not only closely follow the spirit of the draft document but also reflect issues directly related to trade union work, life, legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
She also suggested that the Trade Unions continue to contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress through the VNeID application.
