Quang Tri Labor Federation assigns grassroots trade union committees to disseminate many important contents
The Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor assigned grassroots trade unions to deploy tasks for the fourth quarter and orient preparations for the trade union congress for the 2025-2030 term.
On November 7, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has just held a meeting of grassroots unions under the Dong Hoi, Dong Son, and Dong Thuan wards to deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The conference was attended by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, union officials in charge of the area and more than 150 chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots unions. Comrade Vo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor attended and directed the conference.
In his opening speech, the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor said that 2025 is the time for the entire union system to merge and perfect the new organizational model, opening a transition in the method of operation, towards improving the effectiveness of representation, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor disseminated a number of key contents related to the work of trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, financial work, dialogue and collective bargaining, signing collective labor agreements, and activities to care for union members and workers.
Delegates focused on exchanging and reflecting on the living conditions, employment of workers, activities of grassroots trade unions, as well as difficulties and problems in the process of implementing tasks. The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor directly listened to, answered and acknowledged the proposals of the establishment.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Vo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor oriented a number of key tasks in the coming time, emphasizing the summary of the emulation movement, taking care of Binh Ngo Tet for union members and workers and preparing well the conditions for the new term grassroots union congress, contributing to the completion of the 2025 union work program.
