Ca Mau union members and workers excitedly look forward to election day

Information from the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation on March 14th said that towards the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council (HĐND) deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term, trade union levels in the province have early developed plans and synchronously implemented them to create a vibrant atmosphere among union members and workers towards the election day - the All People's Day taking place on March 15th, 2026.

Identifying the team of over 43,000 union members and workers as a large force, playing an important role in the success of the election, the Provincial Labor Federation has issued a plan to guide propaganda with specific and clear content, and at the same time, developed many directing documents and timelines, closely following orientations, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Trade union levels have diversified propaganda forms suitable to the actual situation at the grassroots level such as: Organizing propaganda on mass media; on electronic information pages, Facebook, Zalo of trade union levels; on internal enterprise loudspeaker systems; integrating propaganda at conferences and training sessions; hanging banners, panels, posters, slogans, propaganda posters in public places and workplaces of agencies and businesses; direct propaganda at boarding houses with many workers living there; actively responding to the movement to change avatars on social networking platforms, contributing to spreading propaganda messages and creating a vibrant atmosphere towards the election day...

The content of propaganda focuses on propagating the achievements of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels through the terms; legal regulations on the rights and obligations of voters; propagating the meaning and importance of the election; consultation conferences; standards for National Assembly deputies, People's Council deputies; election principles, election procedures and citizens' right to vote; voting time; propagating the atmosphere of excitement, confidence, optimism of voters consciously participating in voting; affirming that the election is conducted democratically, equally, in accordance with the law, safely, economically, is a Festival of the whole people, helping workers clearly realize that each ballot is a sending of trust, is the voice of the working class to build the country.

To create favorable conditions for union members and workers to fully implement elections, the trade union organization has coordinated in promoting propaganda about voter contacts, action programs of candidates who are trade union officials so that voters know and supervise the operational process after being elected.

Along with propaganda work, trade union levels have proactively coordinated and mobilized business owners and employers to arrange and arrange time, develop production plans, and create favorable conditions for union members and workers to exercise their voting rights well; coordinate to review voter lists, statistically count the number of workers temporarily residing in boarding houses to ensure that the composition of voter lists is accurate; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations, propose to competent authorities to solve pressing issues of workers; promptly prevent and fight against distorted arguments and plots to take advantage of elections to incite, cause trouble, and divide internal affairs by hostile forces.

Along with that, trade union levels have launched the emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor", creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate in achieving achievements to celebrate election day - the Festival of the whole people and of all union members and workers.
