Strengthening propaganda about the Job Consulting Festival - Social Housing in Hai Phong City

The first "7th Employment Consulting - Social Housing Festival in 2025" is expected to take place for 3 days, from December 5 to 7, 2025.

In particular, the exhibition area, job consultation, and social housing projects will take place at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace during the 3 days of the event. It is expected that there will be about 130 booths of participating companies, enterprises and units. Area 1 is a job consultation booth, supporting workers, area 2 is a consultation booth on social housing projects, area 3 will be a food stall (food, drinks...) serving union members and people coming to participate in the program's contents...

Coming to the exhibition area, workers are advised and introduced to the unit, enterprise; labor recruitment needs, welfare regimes of the unit, enterprise. At the same time, listen to advice and introductions about completed social housing projects; open-end housing funds; registration processes, procedures for purchasing social housing; support low-interest loans for union members and workers.

The main activities during the 3 days of the event are the opening of the 1st Employment Consulting - Social Housing Festival in 2025 at 8:00 p.m. on December 5. Talkshow "Touching Dreams: Housing within reach - Employment within reach" takes place at 8:30 a.m. on December 6.

On the last day of the event, workers were informed and disseminated about legal policies on Social Insurance and the Trade Union Law at 8:00 a.m. on December 7; and enjoyed the program of the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Club Festival in the afternoon of the same day. The City Labor Federation also coordinated to organize the program of Clearing factors for risk of cardiovascular disease - stroke and metabolic diseases (Cholesterol: Blood fat, Triglyceride: Blood fat, Glucose: Blood sugar) for workers from 7:30 am to 11:30 am on December 6 and 7.

At the conference, representatives of relevant departments, branches, units as well as colleges and universities in the area exchanged and gave their opinions on the plan to organize the festival. In particular, representatives of some universities said that job fairs are very practical activities, especially for students of schools. Schools propose that the Organizing Committee consider expanding booths to recruit seasonal workers, part-time workers or units with interns... to meet student needs. At the same time, it is proposed to organize some festival activities in the West of the city so that businesses, workers, students, etc. can easily access them.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation said that the Job Fair will be an opportunity to connect labor recruitment of businesses, connect enrollment of universities, colleges, and vocational schools in the area. Along with that, schools - businesses will also have the opportunity to connect more closely in training, providing a high-quality labor source. The City Labor Federation also requested the Department of Home Affairs to provide professional support in organizing job fairs and online exchanges for workers from far away who do not have the opportunity to listen to direct consultation.
