On September 17, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the Trade Union of Sumec Vietnam Garment Company Limited (under the Trade Union of Tho Phu Commune) organized the "C business culture training" program in 2025 with the participation of nearly 200 cadres, union members, and workers - representing nearly 800 workers in the company.
Speaking at the program, comrade Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - affirmed: Corporate culture is a core factor that creates identity and sustainable competitiveness. proper training in culture will contribute to building a humane and effective working environment, strengthening internal solidarity and retaining workers.
On this occasion, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor awarded a Certificate of Merit for "Advanced model in the patriotic emulation movement of employees in the period of 2020-2025" to the Executive Committee and leadership of Sumec Vietnam Garment Company Limited.
This year's training program focuses on practical contents such as: concepts, modern corporate culture models, building core values, internal communication skills, solutions linking culture with digital transformation.
In addition to theory, students can also participate in experiential activities and collective games to practice soft skills and spread corporate culture in practice.
