List of 25 Chairmen of Trade Unions of communes and wards in Bac Ninh province (new)
Below is a list of 25 commune and ward trade unions and personnel holding the position of commune and ward trade union chairmen in the new Bac Ninh province.
Implementing Instruction No. 31-HD/BTCTW dated April 23, 2025 of the Central Organizing Committee on the establishment of corresponding Party organizations for local administrative units and the arrangement of the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, provincial and commune-level unions; Official Dispatch No. 4251/TLD- ToC dated June 12, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on guiding the implementation of a number of contents of Regulation 301-QD/TW; The Labor Federations of the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh (old) have reviewed and grasped the situation of grassroots trade unions and union members in the wards of communes; developed a plan to establish grassroots trade unions in all wards and communes with 10 grassroots trade unions and 1,500 or more union members to submit to the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and approval.
On that basis, the two Provincial Labor Federations decided to establish 25 commune and ward trade unions in the area; introduce personnel to participate in the Party Committee, hold the position of Vice President of the Front, and at the same time be the Chairman of the commune and ward trade union.
