Dak Lak province will provide special support to nearly 1,000 cadres and civil servants from the old Phu Yen province to work, with a total cost of more than 50 billion VND.

On July 16, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026, held its first thematic session.

At the session, delegates passed many resolutions regulating the special support level for nearly 1,000 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers from the old Phu Yen province to work after the merger, with a total budget of more than 50.3 billion VND.

Specifically, the group of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at the provincial administrative center will be supported with 2 million VND/person/month for travel expenses; 3 million VND/person/month for house rental and 2 million VND/person for initial transportation costs (1 time).

This group is expected to have 698 people, with a total support budget of more than 43.2 billion VND. In addition, the resolution also stipulates support for cadres transferred to communes, wards or provincial administrative centers.

Specifically, travel costs range from VND 500,000 to VND 2 million/person/month, depending on the travel distance; rental support is VND 1.5 million/person/month and the initial support is VND 1 million/person.

The maximum support period is 12 months or according to the actual number of months of work. The support items are paid by the agency employing the staff in the same period as the monthly salary.
