Jahwa Vina Co., Ltd. organizes the 5th Trade Union Congress

Jahwa Vina Co., Ltd. under Jahwa Vina Korea electronics group, Korea, is a 100% Korean-owned enterprise, established in 2007, officially put into operation in 2010, specializing in the production of electronic components on products such as: Mobile phones, computers, TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, cars, etc.

Currently, the Company has 3 factories in Ba Thien, Khai Quang and Phu Ha industrial parks (Phu Tho province) that create stable jobs for over 7,300 workers (of which women account for 87%).

The company strictly implements the salary of employees, there is no situation of unpaid or late salary of employees. The average annual income of workers is currently at 12,000,000 VND/person/month (highest income is 62,000,000 VND/person/month).

The Congress evaluated the results of the activities of the grassroots trade union for the 2023-2028 term and decided on the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor; Head of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Park Trade Union; Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, deputy head of the Phu Tho Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union, in charge of the Vinh Phuc area and deputy heads of the Phu Tho Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union.

On the company's side, there were Mr. Nam Kwang Hoon - General Director of Jahwa Vina Co., Ltd.; Mr. LEE SEUNG HWAN - Director of the company's personnel administration; Company's Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee and elected a Delegate to attend the Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress.
