Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Trade Union sets a target of 85% of union members achieving good labor each year
Khanh Hoa - On December 9, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. held the 13th Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
The Trade Union Congress of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. (Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company) is an important occasion to evaluate the results of the past term.
At the same time, it sets out directions and goals for Trade Union activities in the new period in the context of businesses facing many requirements for conversion and fierce competition.
For the 2023-2025 term, the Company's Trade Union has closely accompanied the Board of Directors, promoting the strength of solidarity of workers to bring consolidated revenue to VND 7,643.2 billion.
Pay more than 692 billion VND to the budget; increase the average income of workers in the first 9 months of 2025 to 16 million VND/month.
The company fully implements social security policies when 100% of employees are signed contracts, provided with labor protection, have regular health check-ups and have their social insurance contribution level increased higher than the regulations to improve pensions.
The union also effectively implemented programs to care for union members such as the Union Tet Market, Sum Vay Tet, and Union Meals.
Giving more than 4,000 gifts worth over 12 billion VND each year. At the same time, the Trade Union contributed to social funds with a total amount of nearly 10 billion VND.
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Board of Members of the Company, emphasized the role of a solidarity center, a place where the intelligence and trust of nearly 4,000 employees in the whole company converge.
Ms. Van affirmed: "When the trade union is strong, the enterprise is strong; when the enterprise is strong, the lives of workers are increasingly improved".
Recognizing the results achieved by the Yen Dao Company Trade Union in the past term, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor suggested 6 contents for the congress to discuss.
Accordingly, research and develop models of caring for and welfare for union members that are regular, persistent, and long-term to practically improve the material and spiritual life of workers.
The Congress elected a new Executive Committee for the new term of 15 people and passed a Congress resolution with 19 term targets.
In particular, strive to have over 85% of union members become good workers each year, 15 20% become emulation fighters; introduce 100150 outstanding union members to the Party; implement at least 100 initiatives; contribute to building 50 great solidarity houses.
The trade union also focuses on digital transformation, improving labor productivity, scientific research and preserving natural island resources.
At the first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, Mr. Bui Tran Thai - Head of the Company's Technical Department was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On this occasion, 6 collectives and 25 individuals were awarded for their outstanding achievements in Trade Union work in the period of 2023 - 2025.
