Thuong Tin Commune Trade Union strives to complete the Grassroots Trade Union Congress on December 14

In recent times, the Thuong Tin Commune Trade Union has proactively and actively directed and guided grassroots trade unions and trade unions in the area to implement on schedule, ensuring the content and quality according to regulations to effectively implement the plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the Hanoi City Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Up to now, 20/24 units have completed organizing grassroots Trade Union Congresses with a democratic and innovative atmosphere, ensuring principles and processes; Executive Committee personnel are carefully prepared, in accordance with regulations, meeting the requirements of quality, capacity and prestige.

Many units have integrated the evaluation of emulation movement results, commended outstanding collectives and individuals and proposed practical directions for the new term.

Currently, the Thuong Tin Commune Trade Union continues to review the remaining progress, promptly removing difficulties for units that have not yet held the Congress. The Standing Committee of the Commune Trade Union assigns staff directly to the grassroots to guide, supervise, and grasp the situation of each unit, ensuring that the contents are implemented synchronously and effectively.

The commune trade union aims to complete 100% of the congress organization work at grassroots trade unions and trade unions in the area by December 14.
