Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang organizes the 1st Trade Union Congress

The Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union held the 1st Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. The Congress took place at a time when the entire Party, army and people of Nui Thanh commune are competing, striving, seizing opportunities and advantages, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Nui Thanh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Congress with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The 1st Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, is tasked with evaluating the results of implementing movements and trade union activities in the past time (2023-2025); reviewing the leadership of the Commune Trade Union Executive Committee in the past time; developing directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; announcing the decision to appoint the Commune Trade Union Executive Committee for the first term, 2025-2030, appointing the Delegation to attend the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress; giving comments on the Political Report of the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.

In recent times, with the spirit of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development" all levels of trade unions in Nui Thanh district (before the merger) and 5 communes with trade union organizations have been proactive, creative, and strongly innovated in directing, operating, and organizing the successful implementation of the targets of the Resolution of the 9th District Trade Union Congress.

The activities of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers have been focused on, achieving many positive results. Dialogue activities between workers and laborers with local Party committees and authorities are held every two years. Thereby, many proposals, recommendations, thoughts and aspirations were accepted and resolved promptly.

In the coming term, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union strives to establish a grassroots trade union for 90% of units and enterprises with 20 or more employees, striving to develop 1,000 union members by the end of the term.

Focus on performing the task of representing and protecting legitimate and legal rights and interests, contributing to improving the quality of life of union members and workers. Improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work; innovate patriotic emulation movements. Innovation in the content and form of emulation organization and improving the quality of reward work. Build a strong Trade Union organization; attract workers, labor organizations at enterprises and Vietnam Trade Union. Participating in building a strong modern working class, participating in building a clean and strong Party, government, and political system.

Build financial resources to effectively perform the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization. Innovating the method of Trade Union activities to adapt to the new context.
