The union awards scholarships to workers in difficult circumstances who are good at studying
Hanoi - On August 6, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union awarded scholarships to workers in difficult circumstances who are good at studying.
Preparing to enter the new school year, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union decided to award the "Accompanying students to school" scholarship.
Accordingly, 441 students are workers in difficult circumstances but still strive to study well, achieving academic achievements in the 2024-2025 school year at 51 grassroots unions, receiving the "Accompanying students to school" scholarship from the industry union.
Of which, the Northern region has 124 children, the Central region has 90 children and the Southern region has 227 children.
On August 6, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union awarded scholarships to children in the Northern region. The scholarship both recognizes academic achievements and the children's efforts to overcome difficult circumstances to study well.
