Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union organizes the implementation of the Congress personnel process

Accordingly, Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, Head of the Congress's personnel subcommittee chaired the Conference on personnel implementation for the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.

Chairman of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union Le Thanh Xuan, Head of the Congress's Personnel Subcommittee, presented the Personnel Project of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union, term VII, 2025 - 2030, clearly stating the structure, standards, quantity and list of expected personnel according to the instructions of the General Confederation.

The delegates reviewed, discussed and implemented the personnel process in accordance with regulations.

The conference is an important preparation step in the personnel work of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, aiming to select a team of qualified, capable and prestigious cadres to meet the requirements of trade union activities in the new period.

Currently, the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union is continuing to complete the documents, processes and necessary conditions to prepare to organize the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, scheduled to take place in December 2025.
