Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union deploys 2025 - 2030 term Congress

At the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Le Thi - Chairwoman of Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union presented the plan to organize the Congress of grassroots trade unions and Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Accordingly, the Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union and Trade Union Congress is a political activity, with the motto: "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation, development", marking a fundamental change in the organizational model in the new era; promptly concretizing the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's policies and laws into the Trade Union Congress resolution.

The Congress of the Trade Union and the Trade Union of Vinh Phu Ward has the task of summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the resolution of the trade union congress since the beginning of the term, proposing the direction of operation for the new term; amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; electing the new Executive Committee of the Trade Union.

The Congress continues to innovate content and form towards practicality and efficiency, focusing on quality, saving time and money, and being on schedule.

According to the plan, the grassroots trade union congress will be held and completed before October 10, 2025. The Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union Congress will be held and completed before October 30, 2025.

After listening to the plan, the delegates practiced contributing, developing a plan, and exchanging questions such as: How to organize the Congress by the ward union or the unit is self- proactive; suggesting personnel guidance to organize the congress from the departments; whether to apply the personnel plan from the 2023-2028 term to the upcoming congress or not; how to allocate delegates to attend the ward union congress.

Next, Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Deputy Head of Nghe An Trade Union Work Committee focused on answering questions from delegates. At the same time, he affirmed that the Trade Union Congress is an important political event, and units need to focus on developing plans for the Congress to be held with quality. The Provincial Federation of Labor will continue to closely monitor and provide instructions to create favorable conditions for implementation units.

Also on this occasion, the Vinh Phu Ward Union and Dong Au General Hospital organized the signing of a union member welfare program.

According to the agreement, Dong Au General Hospital will provide 2 service packages at preferential prices to Vinh Phu Ward Union members.

Regarding the basic general examination package, the general examination will be performed by the hospital for free, testing with a preferential cost of 30,000 - 140,000 VND for each service, imaging diagnosis with a preferential price of 70,000 - 80,000 VND.

The vaccination package includes a discount on seasonal flu vaccines and a vaccine against hepatitis B.
