Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union builds a strong organization, taking good care of union members' lives
Nghe An - Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union sets a goal of building a strong and comprehensive Trade Union, focusing on the grassroots and better caring for the lives of union members and workers.
On October 16, the Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union (Nghe An Province) solemnly held the 1st Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is an important political event, marking a new step in the development of the Ward Trade Union organization in the period of renovation and integration.
Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Kha Van Tam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; comrade Chu Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Thai Hoa Ward People's Council.
The Congress set the goal of building a strong and comprehensive Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union; innovating the content and methods of operation; focusing on the grassroots, better caring for the lives of union members and workers.
In his speech, comrade Kha Van Tam acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and proactiveness of the Ward Union; at the same time, he proposed to continue promoting collective strength, effectively implementing emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Building cultural agencies, effective and quality 8-hour working days", contributing to building a civilized and beautiful Thai Hoa ward.
The Congress appointed the Executive Committee of the first term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 9 comrades; comrade Hoang Thi Oanh was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union.
