Nghia Lo Ward Labor Union summarizes activities in 2025
Lao Cai - Nghia Lo Ward Union is aiming to better care for union members' lives.
On the afternoon of January 13, Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union held the 4th Executive Committee Conference, summarizing trade union activities in 2025, and deploying key tasks in 2026.
Attending and directing the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - President of the Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Lo Thi Anh Nguyet - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Nghia Lo Ward Party Committee and representatives of grassroots trade unions and trade unions.
In 2025, the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union focused on directing grassroots trade unions to organize periodic dialogues, negotiate, and sign collective labor agreements that benefit workers.
Along with that, the unit effectively implemented activities to care for union members such as "Union Meal", Mid-Autumn Festival for union members' children, and promptly supported localities affected by storms and floods.
The total budget for caring for and supporting union members and workers reached over 500 million VND. From July 1, 2025 to now, Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union has admitted 97 new union members and established 2 grassroots unions.
On this occasion, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union, 3 grassroots trade unions and 4 outstanding individuals. The ward union also commended many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in union activities and flood prevention and control in 2025.
Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union is determined to complete its tasks well and build a strong trade union organization in 2026.
