Hai Van Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City strives to establish 3 more grassroots trade unions

Hai Van Ward Labor Union held the first expanded Executive Committee Conference to announce the decision of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on the establishment of Hai Van Ward Labor Union, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward Labor Union.

Hai Van Ward Trade Union was established and transferred from the City Labor Federation with 20 grassroots unions and 1,961 union members. The Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union consists of 9 comrades, comrade Huynh Thi Anh Nguyet was appointed as Chairwoman of the Trade Union.

At the conference, the Executive Committee and grassroots union officials under the Ward Union discussed and gave comments on the draft Regulations on the operation of the Ward Union and approved the Trade Union Activity Program for the last 6 months of 2025.

Accordingly, in the last 6 months of the year, the Ward Trade Union strives to achieve the goal of: ensuring that at least 85% of workers can study, propagate, and disseminate the directives and resolutions of the Party, the Trade Union, and the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions.

Strive to mobilize the establishment of 3 grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions, developing 60 union members; strive for at least 80% of grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions to be classified as having completed their tasks well or better.

The ward union set out 10 key tasks and solutions to strive to achieve the set goals.
