Ngoc Son Trade Union connects workers with picnicking trips
Lam Dong - Workers at Ngoc Son Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company have just enjoyed a joyful, useful and cozy picnic organized by the union.
On September 24, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tai - a worker at Ngoc Son Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, in Tien Thanh Ward - shared that he had just had a useful and unforgettable picnic organized by the company's Trade Union in Mongolia Village, Bau Trang Tourist Area (Hoa Thang Commune, Lam Dong Province).
During two days and a night, union members and workers were immersed in nature, visiting apple gardens, exploring traditional Mongolian culture, lighting flights, exchanging performances and participating in many exciting collective games.
Without gaps, everyone has fun, is more connected and has more energy to work effectively, Mr. Tai excitedly said.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hong - Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union - the company currently has more than 70 union members and workers. The Trade Union has negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many beneficial policies, such as improving the working environment, organizing periodic health check-ups, and providing specialized consultation.
In addition, the trade union regularly organizes cultural and sports activities, creating a healthy playground, improving spiritual life. In particular, 100% of union members and workers are allowed to visit and picnic every year in many batches, ensuring that everyone can participate.
