Mega Surplus Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. has gone through the 2023-2025 term with many outstanding efforts and successes, affirming its role as a trusted representative for workers. Up to now, the grassroots trade union has 1,183 members/1,183 employees, reaching a rate of 100% and exceeding the set target.

Of which, 1,015 female union members actively participated in the trade union movement, contributing to creating a stable and harmonious working environment. 100% of employees are signed full labor contracts, participating in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance. Workers receiving professional support need 350,000 VND/month, children under 6 years old need 50,000 VND/child/month and have a long meals period of 384,000 VND/month. In which, 100% of eligible employees will become members of the union, the Collective Labor Agreement will achieve at least type B with a minimum of 10 provisions more favorable than the law, and at least 5 outstanding union members will be introduced to the Party for consideration, fostering and termination. The Group also focuses on improving the qualifications of employees, striving for 80% of employees to participate in vocational skills training and 80% to be disseminated knowledge about information technology and digital technology.
