Tan Nguyen Metallurgy Trade Union aims to better care for workers

Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Pham Van Giang - Vice Chairman of Kinh Mon Ward Trade Union, Mr. Vien Khoa - General Director of Tan Nguyen Hai Duong Vietnam Metallurgy Joint Stock Company, along with comrades in the Company's Board of Directors, representatives of departments, workshops and 75 outstanding union members representing the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the collective of workers.

The Congress seriously evaluated the results of Trade Union activities for the 2023-2025 term, recognizing achievements in caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; at the same time, promoting the role of coordination with professionals in the emulation movement for production labor, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.

In addition to the achieved results, the Congress also pointed out a number of difficulties and limitations, thereby setting out key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term with the goal of: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", striving to build a strong Trade Union organization, better caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.

With a high sense of democracy, unity and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, term V, consisting of 7 outstanding comrades in quality, capacity and prestige, representing the will and aspirations of the entire labor force of the Company.

The success of the Congress is a great source of encouragement, creating motivation for union members and workers to continue to promote the spirit of creativity, responsibility, and accompany businesses on the new development journey.
