The union recommends building a bookcase for newspapers and an entertainment area between shifts for workers

On September 25, the Trade Union of Cua Y A Chau Technology Company Limited (Khanh Binh 14 Street, Long Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that it had completed the construction of a cultural and entertainment area to serve workers in the company.

From the proposal of the Trade Union, the company agreed to invest about 800 million VND and arrange space to implement a rest area and entertainment for workers. The unit has used a part of the space next to the dining area to build this project.

Union officials and union members in the company have worked together. The unit has contacted to make bookcases, desks and chairs and order newspapers. Currently, many books on history, culture, and revolution have been displayed in the bookcase.

In addition, the unit has ordered additional ice tables, golden tablets, and bid tables. The unit also renovated the surrounding space, arranging tables and chairs for workers.

In the afternoon, workers will have 1 hour off to eat lunch and in the afternoon, workers will have 1 hour off before overtime. In this free time, workers can sit and drink water to rest, read books or participate in entertainment games.

The Trade Union of Cua It Aiao Technology Co., Ltd. said that in recent years, the unit has proposed that the company's leaders gradually build a cleaner and more beautiful factory. Create a safe working environment for workers.

In addition, create a cultural and sports space for workers to rest, recreate labor and improve knowledge.

Previously, the Trade Union had proposed to the Company's Board of Directors to invest 645 million VND to renovate and upgrade the dining room for workers. The new, airy cafeteria can accommodate about 400 workers at the same time.
