Trade Union inspects and appraises titles of agencies and units that meet cultural standards
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union conducts an inspection and appraisal of the criteria for proposing to recognize the title "Cultural standard agency and unit" in Trieu Son commune.
On December 31, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that, implementing Plan 452/KH-LDLD of the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee on inspection and appraisal of criteria for proposing to recognize the title of "Cultural standard agency, unit, and enterprise" for the period 2021-2025, Working Group No. 2, led by Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, conducted an inspection in Trieu Son commune.
The delegation assessed 4 units including: Minh Son People's Credit Fund, Dan Luc Kindergarten, Hoa Sen Kindergarten and Son Ca Kindergarten, proposing to recognize the title of "Cultural standard agency and unit" for the period 2024-2025. Before the meeting, the delegation directly inspected the situation to objectively assess the implementation of criteria for building a cultural environment at agencies and units.
At the headquarters of the Trieu Son Commune Party Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao - Chairwoman of the Commune Trade Union reported the results of building agencies and units that meet cultural standards, emphasizing the good implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, building a civilized working environment, caring for the lives of union members and workers and actively responding to emulation movements.
Through the inspection of records and practices, the working group acknowledged the efforts of the units, and at the same time contributed ideas to overcome some limitations to continue improving the quality of building cultural agencies and units.
Concluding the working session, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa agreed to evaluate 4 units with sufficient scores and documents to submit to the Provincial Federation of Labor's Appraisal Council for consideration of recognition of the title according to regulations; at the same time, she requested the units to continue promoting the achieved results, improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and building a united and disciplined working environment.
