Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Trade Union 5th Congress: Solidarity, innovation, development

On October 12, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (Thanh Hoa province) held the 5th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 199 delegates representing more than 10,000 union members and workers.

Over the past term, the Company's Trade Union has effectively represented, cared for, and protected the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. The average income of workers reaches 10 million VND/person/month; many programs such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Union Member Welfare" are maintained regularly, contributing to improving the lives and spirit of union members.

Speaking at the congress, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor - suggested that the Trade Union continue to innovate its methods of operation, improve its representative capacity, promote emulation movements, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The Congress elected 19 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. for the 2025-2030 term and elected a delegation to attend the XXI Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union.
