Annora Vietnam Shoes Trade Union aims to innovate and take better care of workers

On November 10, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) announced that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. held the 4th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Luong Trong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Labor Federation.

Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. currently has more than 21,000 workers, of which 100% are union members, with a female employee rate of 88%. The income of workers has increased steadily over the years, from 6.8 million VND/person/month in 2023 to 8.5 million VND/person/month in the first 6 months of 2025. The company always makes death payments, pays wages, pays insurance, ensures the rights, welfare and the better and better life of the workers.

During the past tenure, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of its members; Coordinated with enterprises in developing and adjusting salary scales, labor regulations, regulations for periodic and commercial salary increases, signing Collective Labor Agreements with many more beneficial provisions for employees. Every year, the company pays for the 13th month, supports shift meals, diligence, car rental, accommodation, Year's allowances and priority regimes for pregnant female workers.

The trade unions coordinated to organize activities such as "Tet Sum", "Worker's Month", "Union member welfare", " Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene", visiting and supporting union members with a total amount of nearly 4 billion VND. On that side, the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" are being vigorously developed, creating an emulation atmosphere in the entire factory.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor Luong Trong Thanh acknowledged and praised the achievements of the company's Trade Union in the past term; at the same time, he proposed to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, increase the application of digital technology, build a modern working army, industrial campaign, contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term, including 23 comrades and elected a congress to attend the XXI Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union.
