Trade unions accompany businesses in developing and ensuring jobs for workers

On November 22, the 4th Trade Union Congress of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030, took place with the participation of 130 delegates representing 2,500 officers and workers.

The motto of the Congress is: Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development.

To stabilize production and improve business efficiency, the Company's Board of Directors and trade unions strive to innovate, adapt flexibly, promote the application of science and technology, improve productivity and product quality, and pay more attention to caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers, propose measures from the work of restructuring the organizational apparatus, strengthening corporate governance;

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union sets out many targets and specific solutions: Launching patriotic emulation movements, mobilizing union members and workers to contribute talent, achieving and exceeding the annual production and business targets of the company. In the period from 2025 to 2030, the company will achieve a total revenue of VND 2,300 billion, produce 65 million products, and increase the income of employees to VND 11 million/person/month.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union - requested the grassroots trade union executive committee to continue accompanying enterprises in ensuring growth in production activities, thereby ensuring jobs and livelihoods for union members and workers in the coming term.

Promote the launch of emulation movements; Innovation, improvement, initiatives to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, save raw materials in production of enterprises; Union members and workers study to improve professional qualifications, culture, equip more skills...

Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan - Deputy Director of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company - also suggested that in the coming term, the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union should focus on training and fostering the development of the union members, developing Party members; Increase Tet gifts, support train and plane tickets for union members and workers... Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan also pledged that in 2025, the company is expected to grow by more than 20%, so in addition to increasing workers' product salaries, Tet bonuses will also increase compared to 2024.

The Congress also elected the grassroots trade union of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030 with 13 members.

Mr. Ha Hieu Nghia was re-elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union and was elected by the Congress as a Delegate to the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress also called on all officers and employees of the company to respond and support people in the Central provinces to overcome the consequences of floods.
