The trade union of more than 1,300 workers takes good care of workers
HCMC - The grassroots trade union of AJ Solutions Co., Ltd. with more than 1,300 workers successfully organized the 2025-2030 term Congress.
On November 17, the Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union announced that the unit had attended the 3rd Trade Union Congress of AJ Solutions Company Limited (CDCS AJ Solutions) for the 2025-2030 term, with 46 delegates representing all union members and workers attending.
Reporting at the Congress, the AJ Solutions Trade Union said that the enterprise has more than 1,300 workers, of which about 87.6% are female workers. In the past, 100% of union members have been assigned jobs that suit their abilities. At the same time, businesses also ensure working conditions through upgrading and equipping facilities, creating conditions for access and updating information on the Internet. Thereby, the working environment is increasingly improved, improving efficiency and quality of work among union members and workers.
In addition, the income of union members is stable; the payment of salaries, allowances, and regimes is made on time, so that union members can work and work with peace of mind.
The grassroots trade union has effectively implemented activities to care for, represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. As well as always trying to improve the quality of the union staff, build a strong union organization...
However, there are still some difficulties affecting the lives of union members and workers such as: rapid market prices; immigrant workers do not have stable housing... Grassroots union officials work on a part-time basis, so sometimes some activities are not really timely due to focusing on professional work. The AJ Solutions Trade Union has also developed targets, solutions, and tasks to better implement in the coming term.
With high consensus among the delegates attending, the AJ Solutions Trade Union successfully organized the 3rd Congress, term 2025-2030. In particular, the Congress trusted and elected Mr. Nguyen Van Nam to continue to be re-elected as Chairman of the AJ Solutions Trade Union in the new term.
