Unico Global YB Company Limited Trade Union organizes 2025-2030 General Meeting

Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Kim Jung Woong - General Director of Unico Global YB Company Limited; and the participation of 94 official delegates, representing 1,247 union members and workers working at the company.

For the 2023-2025 term, the company's grassroots trade union has successfully implemented periodic dialogue work, negotiated and signed collective labor agreements on the number of dialogues at the workplace every 6 months, with provisions beneficial to employees such as supporting shift meals, supporting gasoline, providing emergency support for employees, implementing policies to support families with 2 or more employees working at the company with an amount of 500,000 VND/month.

In addition, the company's grassroots union executive board has negotiated with the company's Board of Directors to provide more favorable policies for women such as attraction for new employees, fuel for employees working away from home, 13th month salary, special emulation bonuses, months, quarters, years...

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice President of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation affirmed - Unico Global YB Trade Union is one of the large-scale grassroots trade unions, gathering a large number of union members, so the requirements for the Trade Union Executive Committee are very high.

The Vice President of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the company's trade union should continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on caring for the practical interests of union members and workers.

In addition, promote the application of digital transformation in union member management, in union communication and in implementing emulation movements. Strengthen coordination with enterprises in building a safe and sustainable working environment; launch emulation movements associated with production and business tasks to improve labor productivity and workers' lives.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Unico Global YB Company Limited, term III, 2025-2030 and elected a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030; passed a Congress resolution with key goals and tasks to improve the quality of trade union activities, better care for union members' lives and build an increasingly strong trade union organization.
