The Trade Union of Danh Gold Coal Company held the 26th Congress, term 2025-2030

Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company; Mr. Ho Quoc - Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Director of the company.

During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the Party Committee, closely coordinated with the professional and union organizations, achieved many comprehensive results in the workers' movement and trade union activities, contributing to stabilizing and developing production and business.

The trade union coordinated to ensure stable employment, annual labor productivity exceeded the target assigned by the Group by 5%, and the average income of workers increased by 35%/year.

The work of building trade union organizations is focused on, with more than 80% of trade union groups and 85% of departmental trade unions completing their tasks well, admitting 1,156 new union members. During the term, 175 outstanding union members were admitted to the Party, achieving 100% of the resolution's target.

The trade union regularly monitors policies and regimes on wages, bonuses, shift meals, toxic allowances, etc., contributing to ensuring the rights of workers.

Activities to care for workers during Tet are organized on a large scale, with a budget of over 200 billion VND, including a program to take 2,350 workers home for Tet.

The union also supported 33 families to build new and repair houses with a total value of 2.52 billion VND; supported 2 policy families with 200 million VND; provided necessities and equipment for the workers' collective housing area worth nearly 3 billion VND.

The emulation movement for good and creative workers has been widely deployed, many collectives and individuals have been awarded, including 1 Labor Hero, 1 Third Class Labor Medal and 2 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term XXVI, consisting of 15 comrades and a delegation to attend the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, scheduled to take place in December 2025.
